With that in mind, Jackson Wink MMA Academy has constructed and devised a World Class State of the Art training facility unlike any other in the world. We offer newly built apartments and dorm rooms and a multitude of other fighter amenities all in one place, so you can have a worry free training environment and concentrate on nothing else but your MMA career.

$550 per month

Rental Information

• Dorm room availability is on first come, first serve basis. Person reserving their room for more then 3 months gets the priority. If space is available, you can visit us for shorter time intervals, the pricing will be pro-rated.
• Apartments are rented out for 6 months minimum. Listed price for apartments is unfurnished. Furnished apartment is an additional $100 a month.
• All utilities for dorm rooms and apartments are included in the rental price.
• Dorm room rental price is subject to 7.25% NM taxable rate.
• Apartments are leased through a third party Real Estate agency.
