Dorm Room Rental:  $500 a Month

Efficiency Studio Apartment Rental: $750 a Month

 

Apartment amenities include:

Personal Kitchen and Living Area

Personal Full Bathroom

Common Laundry Room

One Bedroom Apartment Rental: $1000 a Month

 

Apartment amenities include:

Personal Kitchen and Living Area

Personal Full Bathroom

Personal Laundry

* Dorm room availability is on first come, first serve basis. Person reserving their room for more then 3 months gets the priority. If space is available, you can visit us for shorter time intervals, the pricing will be pro-rated.

* Apartments are rented out for 6 months minimum. Listed price for apartments is unfurnished. Furnished apartment is an additional $100 a month.

* All utilities for dorm rooms and apartments are included in the rental price.

*  Dorm room rental price is subject to 7.25% NM taxable rate.

* Apartments are leased through a third party Real Estate agency.
