Due to high demand for dorm rooms, you will forfeit your full deposit if the reservation is not cancelled at least 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel within the specified time, you will receive a partial refund by being charged 25% + processing fees from the reserved amount for the cancelled reservation.
